Preparation
Wash the asparagus, separate the soft part off the stem with the tips and break it into smaller parts. Cook them in boiling water for 2-5 minute.
Finely chopped onion briefly sauté in oil, add prepared asparagus, salt, pepper and sauté until the asparagus gets soft.
Add stirred eggs , additionally stirring and bake till it is done.
Serving
Serve immediately with home-made bread.
Advice
You can sprinkle fritaja with grated goat or sheep cheese, as desired or ad a ham.
